About TGMC Revealed
I used to be an employee of Terrebonne General Medical Center. I was an ER tech for about several months. My employment was terminated on January 2, 2006 by John Ford (Director of Human Resources) (information | email). When I inquired as to the reason for my termination I was given the runaround. My termination was based upon false allegations. I attempted to find out what had happened and to get matters resolved. What followed was that I was stonewalled by Phyllis Peoples (information | email), CEO of Terrebonne General Medical Center. In addition, I received a bullying letter from TGMC's attorney, Stephen Mark Klyza (information | email), an associate of The Kullman Firm.
The goal of this website is to expose Phyllis Peoples and Terrebonne General Medical Center for what they really are, corporate terrorists. I don't doubt that when Phyllis Peoples and her attorneys get wind of this website that I will be receiving legal threats. Unless a court orders me to take this website down, then I will exercise my 1st amendment rights, Freedom of Speech. I will continue to expose Phyllis Peoples, Terrebonne General Medical Center, and any person or organization that is connected to them in an unethical manor.
After doing some research, I have found that I am not the first individual to challenge Phyllis Peoples' competency I found an article listed on WWL TV's website. The article, dated August 15, 2005, was in regards to an anonymous individual sending a letter to the Terrebonne Parish Council, which was publicly read by Councilman Wayne Thibodeaux. The article speaks of Terrebonne General's attorney, Daniel Walker, sending a letter to local media outlets threatening a lawsuit if they publicized the letter as it would be considered to be libel and slander. If you have read this website, I must ask, "Do you notice a pattern?" Anyone that challenges Phyllis Peoples or the hospital is threatened with a lawsuit for libel and slander. Does Phyllis Peoples and Terrebonne General think they can silence everyone with such childish and bullying tactics? You can read this article on the WWLTV website here.
